Our first ingredient is based on AMARANTH. Found throughout Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia, this underutilized superfood is packed with critical micronutrients. While the gluten-free seeds of amaranth are harvested and marketed as an ancient grain, its nutrient-dense leaves often go to waste.
